What are we doing?

We have changed our recruitment process
All candidates are interviewed by video or phone chats
There is no expectation for you to attend any interview in person
All documentation is electronically sent
All onboarding has been realigned to be remote

We have moved all our teams at this time to work fully remote, this means:

You can work from wherever you feel safe
We will provide you with the equipment you need to do this successfully
We still have offices in London & Madrid, If you would like to be in the office we can make this happen safely
The office practices self distancing
We have a stringent cleaning process
All local government guidelines and workplace policies are followed
